RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
All sold goods are covered by the statutory 2-year right of complaint. The right of complaint covers defects and faults in the goods that arise during normal use. If a product is defective within the complaint period, you as a consumer are entitled to have the item repaired, exchanged, or refunded.

Please contact us if you have any doubts. The right of complaint does not cover damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or misuse of the product. If the product has been used in a way that does not correspond to its normal function, the right of complaint may be void.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have a 10-day right of withdrawal for all purchases made from us. The right of withdrawal applies from the date you receive the item. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in the same condition and quantity as when received.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email or phone within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If the item is damaged or used, we may deduct an amount necessary to cover the loss of value.
